RAY NOIR RETURNS WITH "BLACK" - PURE, UNFILTERED EXCESS

Ray Noir is back with “Black”, the second single from his upcoming EP Gothstar and it’s pure, unfiltered excess.
A sleazy, high-camp collision of rave and metalcore, “Black” is built for both the dancefloor and the pit. Pounding electronic energy meets crushing guitars in a track that’s loud, chaotic and fully self-aware, a middle finger wrapped in leather.
“I wanted to become a caricature of everything people project onto me and then make it worse,” Ray says.
Drawing from fashion, nightlife and queer club culture, “Black” blurs satire and self-mythology, turning excess into both armour and performance. It’s indulgent, confrontational and unapologetically theatrical, leaning all the way into the Gothstar world.
Too much? Good.
