Queer alt-metal artist Ray Noir teams up with Mike Spreitzer — frontman of Verona On Venus and former DevilDriver guitarist — for a dark new take on “Dead Valentine.”

The remix reimagines one of Ray’s most personal tracks, deepening its themes of obsession, heartbreak, and revenge. “It’s a song that’s always evolving,” Ray says. “This version carries a different kind of darkness.”

Originally written by Ray Noir and Madeleine Wood and produced by Jon Cass (As Everything Unfolds), Dead Valentine marked a defining moment in Ray’s evolution. Spreitzer’s new production adds a fresh layer of intensity and emotion.
